It would help if we knew what kind of hair you have. Thick, thin? Curly, straight? Course, fine? With th elittle info I have, though, I can tell you that you need to use a really good shampoo and super conditioner to help keep your hair from tangling. As the girl above said, products can help too. You also need to be sure to get your hair trimmed often. As the ends die, become brittle and break-away, they are more likely to tangle up. As long as you take really good care of your hair, you should be okay. But the most important thing is to make sure it is super moisturized and you should be okay.

you could use hairspray or gel to keep it in place

if its really a problem just pull it back

Maybe you meant 'DON'T say bring a brush or stay still =)'....Since I think you did, I won't say that....I'll say braid it, use the shine drops, use shine spray, these products keep the hair separated from each other and let your comb/brush/fingers glide right through your hair.

Our avatars are similar. If I'd need to worry about my hair becoming tangled, I keep it bound. When that's not enough, I add a large scarf.

Free-flowing long hair is *not* for motorcycling for driving with the convertible's top down.
