Why do split hair ends keep coming back on my frizzy mixed race hair?

i'm biracial with black and white and I've had split hair ends for years but only now its bugging me, ive cut my gorgeous medium length hair off about 4-5 inches altogether but i keep getting split hair ends EVERY time. Is there a way to keep them from coming back?! i condition my hair and brush it thoroughly so i have no knots but nothing keeps the splits out

Get your hair trimmed regularly (at least every 6 months). It will remove split ends and keep your hair healthy and growing strong. Over heating hair can cause split ends. Always use a heat protection spray before using a hair dryer or straighteners.

Keeping it trimmed and using a really good conditioner should work. Try using hot oil treatments.
