What is plasmium gel (found in grips of pens, hair brushes)? And is it lethal if ingested?

It is just this concotion of chemicals and please don't eat it.

Thank you for your input, however it MUST be toxic because my pup died from chewing the handle of my 'plasmium gelled' filled hairbrush. Report It
