just wondering because it looks new but the box it came in was unwrapped. also they didn't send me the barrel brush that was supposed to come with it. does it sound like i got ripped off?

sure if it appears it hasn't been opened the box i mean. well i just read the rest of your question if its missing something that was supposed to be in the box and you still have the receipt take it back where you got it. if you threw the receipt away they should still take it back if you paid with a card, if not you can try but you can always call the 800 number on the box that says questions or comments and talk to a Representative from the company and they will send you a new one and probably a free coupon for an extra box, it always works they are supposed to be about customer service. try it

Sure does, I would return it and get a CHI they are the best I have very curly hair and have spent a small fortune CHI is the best and all the products rock
