How to get waves on the side of your hair.?

Do you brush downwards or side to side.

How to get waves on the side of your hair.?

First, you need to wash your hair thoroughly. Next, you will need a hard tip and soft tip brush. You will need to brush your hair constantly. Brush your hair in whatever direction your hair goes with the grain. The best way is downward. Side to side will make it too straight. Next, soften your hair with a liberal amount of Pink Oil Moisturizer or hair lotion, your choice. I would recommend S Curl 360 style wave pomade. Its the best gel or pomade I know. I haven't had my haircut short in over a year, and last week, I decided to put waves back in my head. A week later, I have my 360 style back. It works fast, trust me. Rub a small amount a couples of times or how ever much you want and then brush, brush, brush. The pomade only brings the waves out lightly, but the brush is the key. Brushing constantly will bring the waves in. After you apply the pomade, get a wave cap, skull cap, or du-rag and wrap it around your head and leave it on at night. This will hold the moisture in. In about a week or so, you should see results. Once they come in, let your hair grow some so they become deep before washing. You only need to put some pomade in your hair maybe twice a week at this point. When you see them coming in, put a little more on if you want. And remember, brush, brush, brush. Use the soft bristle brush to also help bring the waves out. DAX is okay, but not as nearly good as S Curl 360 style pomade. Good luck.

use a crimper.

it looks like a straightener but the inside is bumpy, not flat.

maybe try using curling gel on wet hair, then dry your hair and use the crimper. or a lose barrel curling iron.
