What's the best way to make my hair wavy/curly?

It's already very slightly wavy, but I'd like it in light curls. What's the best way to do this? I usually take my showers in the evening, which means that when I brush it in the morning it's all frizzy and I have to wear it up. I use Herbal Esscences Extra Strengthening shampoo--- hope all this helps!!!

What's the best way to make my hair wavy/curly?

My hair is also slightly wavy and to make it have a beachy, more wavy look I do exactly this:

1. I take a shower at night

2. I towel dry my hair and put it directly into a bun, no brushing or combing.

3. I sleep with the bun

4. When I wake up, I take my hair out of the bun and part it into it's natural part with my hands. (still no brushing or combing)

5. I put lots of mousse in it and kind of grab my har from the bottom and push it up and into my fist. (scrunch)

6. I let it dry from there and it's wavy.
